Process Control Engineers

Due to our growing client base, we are looking for dynamic control systems engineers with experience in process control system design, instrumentation and plant information systems.

WE WANT PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT PROCESS CONTROL.
 

Role

Reporting to the Managing Director you will:
  • Ensure control and information service activities are performed with the highest reward for clients
  • Implement Manta Controls systems, learn the principles of best practice control systems and control  applications
  • Provide control and information system training to clients
  • Manage the initiation and implementation of control and information system projects
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Work and contribute to the strong team environment and culture within Manta Controls

Skills Experience

Practical experience in control and information system design is essential for these roles. You must have:
  • A high regard for safety in the workplace
  • Experience in the implementation of practical control theory or control system design
  • Well developed planning and analytical skills
  • Good reporting and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
 
THOSE WHO LIKE TO WORK ON THEIR OWN, WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF OTHERS IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT NEED NOT APPLY.
 
Experience in sulphide, precious metals and laterite mineral processing along with thorough knowledge of DCS and PLC systems will be highly regarded but not essential.
 
This position will require a high element of FIFO and attractive remuneration commensurate with experience is offered.
